USA's Matthew Emmons signals to officials that he fired his gun during the final round of the men's 50m rifle 3 position finals Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. But instead of aiming at his target, he fired at another competitor's target. The error sent the marksman from a first place gold medal to last.
